Digital Commitment have experience in domain name selection & registration and we advise you of a list of possible domain names that are available for your business. Ideally you would want a domain name that is not too long to forget but also includes your business name and type in it.

Once you have selected a domain name and the registration process is complete you will then have the right to use that name for your website.

There are several domain name endings available (ie ".co.uk" or ".com") each with a different organisation looking after it's register. The register is a complete list of all the domain names with the same ending (ie one register for all the ".co.uk" domain names, one register for all the ".net" domain names etc)

When a domain name is registered, the owner must appoint a Registrar to inform the relevant organisation of the new addition to it's register. Digital Commitment will act as your Registrar and will ensure this is done on your behalf.
