By 'Lifetime Hosting' we mean the useful life of the domain name the website is created for. As long as the you keep the domain name registered, the website can be hosted on our servers.
If a domain name expires or you wish to transfer domain name please contact us and we will advise on the best course of action.
We will willingly host on our servers, for free, any website created by us up to 175mb in size. If your website exceeds this size, you will be sent invoices, monthly, for the additional hosting at the rate of £2 per 175mb or part thereof.
If you are a new start business, we can offer (but are not obliged to offer) a 3 month, free period on the extra webspace. Please note this is at your designer's discression.
If you have a database module, we will back up your data once a week, usually on a Friday. In the event of downed server, we will endeavour to reinstall the data from the most recent back up with 24 hours of initial data loss.
If your domain name has been registered by us as part of your package, we will inform you of it's impending renewal, one month prior to the renewal date. As we have no influence on the costings of domain names, we cannot guarantee any renewal price.
